Donna joined AFFINA in 1999, serving in a number of roles with increasing responsibility in the Company’s operations, client services, business development and executive leadership functions. As part of the client services and business development divisions, she managed large international and Fortune 500 clients and was successful in growing the company’s top line through new client acquisition. As the President and CEO, Donna has responsibility for overseeing our North American locations and setting corporate strategies for growth as well as operational excellence. A former President and Secretary of the Chicago Chapter of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (SOCAP), she is still actively involved in SOCAP. Donna earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from Illinois State University.
By climbing the ranks of operations at AFFINA, Tina holds valuable experience in all facets of AFFINA’s business. With more than 20 years of AFFINA experience, she leads the operations team by driving productivity, efficiency, and quality in every customer interaction. Tina spear-headed the effort in attaining AFFINA’s first COPC certification. Her current position as Vice President of Operations includes responsibility for AFFINA’s five North American contact centers and its fulfillment center. Tina earned an undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University.
Polly joined AFFINA in 2007 and quickly assumed the role of Vice President of Finance. With a strong finance and accounting background, she guides AFFINA in areas such as strategic planning, finance, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, forecasting, tax reporting and compliance and risk management. Polly began her career as an accountant with a healthcare system where she gained experience with both profit and not for profit companies. Industry experiences include healthcare and wholesale distribution. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from University of Illinois.
Wendy joined AFFINA in 1997 and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. Wendy boasts a diverse background that includes experience in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations and strategic planning. Wendy successfully led the analysis and implementation of AFFINA’s employee performance review process and compensation practices in 2005. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Human Resources. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) a designation awarded to professionals by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
